Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened grooming products, used pet accessories, or personalized/custom items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping

The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
