Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you through the contact information provided with your order.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.
Bugalugs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Damaged Shipments
